Cancellation Policy

Your time at HALO is very valuable to us. HALO requires at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment. Multiple last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% deposit of your future appointments.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you book months ago.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. If more than one occurrence happens with a no call or no show, we will require a 50% deposit of service total value of next appointment. This will be required to hold the appointment time and will be credited towards your schedule service. This service deposit is non-refundable in the case that you no show or cancel within the 24 hour time frame. Thank you for understanding.
